Drop off at the front desk seven days a week, 6AM to 9PM. 2823 East Tudor Road. Furniture comes in Monday through Friday before 3PM, or call and we’ll pick it up.

Donate Items to Help the Community
Your donated items can make an immediate difference. From food and clothing to hygiene products and household goods. The things you give help meet practical needs every day at the Anchorage Gospel Rescue Mission. Bring your donations by the Mission and we’ll put them to good use serving people in our community.
Food
- Hamburger, cut-up chicken, tuna, lunchmeat
- Eggs, milk, juice, cereal, oatmeal
- Peanut butter and jelly, pancake mix
- 25 lb bags of flour and rice; pasta of all kinds
- Industrial-size cans of vegetables
- Large bottles of spaghetti sauce and canola oil
- Instant and whole potatoes
- Fresh fruit and vegetables
- Low-sodium chicken broth, condiments
Nothing past its sale date. Homemade dishes need your name, phone number, the date made, and what it is, written on the container.
Clothing
- Coats, sweaters, hoodies
- Pants, jeans, t-shirts
- Undergarments and socks: new only
- Shoes and boots
- Hats, gloves, umbrellas, handwarmers
- Work clothes and work boots
New, or clean and gently used. For men, women, and children. Nothing stained or torn.
Hygiene & Household
- Shampoo and conditioner: large bottles
- Sanitary napkins and tampons
- Baby wipes and powder
- Toothbrushes and toothpaste
- Deodorant, lotion, nail clippers
- Toilet paper, paper towels, Windex
New and unopened.
Art Supplies & Furniture
- Wrapped canvases
- Sketch pads, adult coloring books, crayons
- Brushes, pouring paint and medium
The Mission accepts furniture and appliances that are clean and in good condition on an as needed basis. Please contact the Facility Manager at 907-563-5603.
Furniture will be inspected prior to acceptance.
